Machon Maayan Haskama
To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to you regarding Allison’s growth and progress in our seminary, Machon Maayan.
Allison from day one has taken her time here seriously, knowing that she only has 9 months here and that she should make the most of it.
In class, Allison is attentive and mature. She approaches her classes and teachers with the utmost respect and admiration. She wants to learn and grow and therefore has been successful in doing just that.
Her growth has expanded beyond the classroom. Allison has begun to really build meaningful relationships with the other girls in the seminary. Her house madricha expresses that Allison is giving, accepting and modest. She is an optimistic presence in the house.
In her chessed hours she is responsible and determined as well. She searched the chessed that felt most meaningful and she has been helping a family ever since.
On our other chessed day Allison felt that she wanted to strengthen her learning skills so we set her up with extra classes which she looks forward to and enjoys.
Overall, Allison is a tremendous asset to our program and we are so grateful that she has been given the opportunity to search her heritage and strengthen her future as a Jewish woman.
With Much Respect,
Shira Melamed
